Can one client have multiple services?

Yes. A single client record can hold an immigration case, a tax return, a translation job, and a legal matter. You add the client once — not once per service.

Does Acctlibra include a client portal?

Yes. Clients receive a private link to their own portal, where they can see the status of their work, upload requested documents, and message your team. They only see their own information.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Invite colleagues during the trial and assign them to clients and work items. Plans are billed per team member, with no limit on the number of clients.

How do practice modules work on each plan?

Each firm chooses from Immigration, Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Translation, and Legal. Starter includes any 3 of those practice modules. Pro includes all six. Business includes everything in Pro, plus advanced team and compliance controls.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Create a workspace with no card required. The trial includes everything — the firm workspace, client portal, and all six practice modules. When the 14 days end, Starter keeps up to 3 practice modules; Pro includes all six; Business includes everything in Pro.

How many emails can my firm send?

Each plan includes a monthly email allowance for invitations, reminders, and client notifications. Starter includes 500 emails per month, Pro 2,000, and Business 10,000. Enterprise is unlimited. Unused emails do not roll over. You can see how many emails your firm has remaining in Billing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you subscribe, you can cancel from your billing settings at any time. You will not be billed for a new period after cancellation takes effect.

How is client information separated between firms?

Each firm has its own workspace. Your clients, documents, and team activity are never visible to another organization — and theirs are never visible to you.
